Given the personalized nature of our tarot readings, we do not offer refunds once a reading has been completed and delivered. We encourage you to carefully consider your questions and the type of reading you desire before making a purchase.
2. Journal Readings (Physical Booklets)
For Journal readings that include a physical booklet, we take great care in packaging and shipping. If your booklet arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, send a replacement booklet at no additional cost.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reading request, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately via the information provided on our Contact page. If the reading has not yet been started, we will issue a full refund. However, if the reading process has already begun, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the payment to cover the time and effort already invested.
